1. Purpose and Acceptance

This document regulates access to and use of the digital platform Thegioi (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Thegioithammy S.A., with registered address at Juan Diego 61262 4 C, Argentina. By browsing or registering on the Platform, the user fully accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Services Offered

The Platform acts as a B2B channel for the wholesale import of industrial machinery, electromechanical components, and heavy equipment from Asian industrial hubs. Thegioi facilitates customs management, international logistics, and commercial intermediation between foreign suppliers and Argentine buyers. No permanent availability of all listed products is guaranteed, and technical specifications may be updated without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and in each transaction.
  • Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or contrary to current regulations in Argentina.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
  • Refrain from reproducing, distributing, or modifying the contents without express authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

Thegioithammy S.A. shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, transportation, or force majeure.
  • Differences between the published technical specifications and those of the final product.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes beyond its control.
  • Improper use of the Platform by the user or by unauthorized third parties.

In no event shall Thegioi's aggregate liability exceed the value of the commission actually paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, images, and databases present on the Platform are the property of Thegioithammy S.A. or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, or public communication without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Modifications and Validity

Thegioi reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications come into effect implies acceptance thereof. If the user does not accept them, they must cease using the Platform.
